Woodgate Garden Show 10-11th June
Woodgate Nursery, Aylsham is delighted to announce its popular Garden Show is back this June in aid of The Benjamin Foundation and The Aylsham Roman Project – Woodgate Nursery, is home to an archaeological site which won the prize for the best community archaeology project in the country in 2016.
The free to attend garden show will take place on June 10th and 11th between 10am – 4.30pm.
Packed full of inspiration for the garden, the annual show is a great day out for everyone including budding young gardeners who can have their face painted, compete in a fun treasure hunt and a raffle to win £200 worth of garden goodies.
You can be truly inspired by our garden designers, including Ian Cooper – IFC landscapes, and Gill Gorringe and James Hawke from Perfect Surroundings Garden Design.
These local garden designers will also be battling it out for visitor’s votes to be crowned the winner of the best garden design.
Plus the show has now grown with over 30 additional craft stands under one roof. Rusty Robot Occasions have helped with the expansion of the event.
Plus on the Sunday there will now be more trade stands, children’s games, an outside bar, birds of prey, arts and crafts marquee, charity stalls and a car boot.
Purdy’s Tea Room and other food stands will be serving a delicious range of homemade cakes, light lunches, ice creams, tea, coffee and soft drinks throughout the weekend.
A host of Norfolk guest experts and demonstrators will be attending this year’s garden show including Master Composters, Green Thumb Lawn treatment specialists, Rutland Willows, Drew Charlton Willow, Yew Turn Oak Buildings, Colin Thompson Wood turning , Sam Stark – Face Painting, Woodgate Forge, Aylsham Flower Club and the Aylsham Brass Band playing on Sunday 11th June.
Entry is free but donations to The Benjamin Foundation and The Aylsham Roman Project.
